We’re UK-based and ship all our products from Birmingham. We use Royal Mail as our shipping provider, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery.

Once your parcel has been handed over to our logistics partner, you'll receive a tracking number complete with delivery confirmation via email. This enables you to check the status of your order using the courier's tracking portal.

We pack and ship daily (Monday-Friday). Your order will typically arrive within 1-3 working days after it has been placed.

If you make an order containing an item marked "Pre-order", your entire order will be shipped together.

As our customer, it's important to us that you're 100% satisfied with your order. That's why we offer a 100-day returns policy with all orders!

    Fun and Comfortable

    Just bought it for the fun of it, but it turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. The jumper is really well made, warm and comfy. Bought the Namasleigh one as a gift to my wife and she really loved it! Seems we've just started a new fun xmas tradition.

    Very good purchase and delivery service to Greece

    Needed to change the delivery address immediately after the purchase and just by replying to the confirmation email I’ve got within a couple of hours a reply from customer service (chat). The purchase was delivered in 9 working days from Germany to Greece 5 days before Christmas. Before that I had replied again to the chat to ask about the estimated delivery date and the customer service was another time very accurate !

    Regarding the sillysanta jumpers they are very nice. Maybe a little baggy !
