We’re UK-based and ship all our products from Birmingham. We use Royal Mail as our shipping provider, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery.

Once your parcel has been handed over to our logistics partner, you'll receive a tracking number complete with delivery confirmation via email. This enables you to check the status of your order using the courier's tracking portal.

We pack and ship daily (Monday-Friday). Your order will typically arrive within 1-3 working days after it has been placed.

If you make an order containing an item marked "Pre-order", your entire order will be shipped together.
