We’re UK-based and ship all our products from Birmingham. We use Royal Mail as our shipping provider, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery.

Once your parcel has been handed over to our logistics partner, you'll receive a tracking number complete with delivery confirmation via email. This enables you to check the status of your order using the courier's tracking portal.

We pack and ship daily (Monday-Friday). Your order will typically arrive within 1-3 working days after it has been placed.

If you make an order containing an item marked "Pre-order", your entire order will be shipped together.

    I was planning to only wear it on Halloween, but it's so lovely that I'm now wearing it even when I'm just at home watching films. Good quality and really comfy, like pyjamas and stuff. The size is spot on; I usually wear 3XL, and this is the largest at 2XL for men (3XL for women). It's a bit tight around the belly, but it's manageable, and it's nice and warm to wear. One improvement could be a pocket with a zipper for keys and things.

    Delightfully soft and wonderful to crawl into on cool balcony evenings. Ended up with a few sizes bigger, as the others were sold out, but I'm perfectly happy with it. The suit is warm, so I'm looking forward to the autumn when I can use it even more. Actually, I wish I could move into this. 😄
