Once your parcel has been handed over to our logistics partner, you'll receive a tracking number complete with delivery confirmation via email. This enables you to check the status of your order using the courier's tracking portal.

We pack and ship daily (Monday-Friday). Your order will typically arrive within 1-3 working days after it has been placed.

If you make an order containing an item marked "Pre-order", your entire order will be shipped together.

As our customer, it's important to us that you're 100% satisfied with your order. That's why we offer a 100-day returns policy with all orders!

    Cozy and fluffy

    It's really big, but that's a good thing. You can tell it's well made. Thick material and comfortable. The cuffs make it easy to roll up the sleeves if you get too warm. I'm quite short, but I really wanted it oversized and I got what I wanted!

    I already have 2 Happy Hoodies. They're cozy, warm, and the fabric is of better quality and not as thin. The one-size size is also great for small and petite people (164cm).

    A must-have for the frozen ones!

    I was really unsure whether it would be worth spending so much money on a hoodie, but I took a chance and I can honestly say that it was worth it a thousand times over! This is not just a cozy and cute hoodie, it's a portable blanket that I now live in! It's so warm and cozy that I'm almost disappointed when my husband lights a fire and I have to take it off to avoid overheating. It's extremely spacious, I usually wear a size medium and I can easily pull it up to my knees and create my own little house. Therefore, I can see how it can easily fit those who wear size XXXL or are heavily pregnant without any difficulties! On my 162 cm frame, it reaches just below the knees. I can't recommend both the hoodie and the company enough because I had to contact customer service and they provided exemplary help! This is a company I gladly support multiple times and have already bought 3 other products since purchasing the hoodie.

    Such a nice and cozy Christmas jumper! Perfect for us Harry Potter fans! I've received so many compliments for it and it's of great quality! The text and the castle are beautifully embroidered on the jumper 😍 I love it!
