We’re EU-based and ship all our products from Denmark. You won’t be charged VAT or any other hidden fees as long as you shop from within an EU-based country.

Once your parcel has been handed over to our logistics partner, you'll receive a tracking number complete with delivery confirmation via email. This enables you to check the status of your order using the courier's tracking portal.

We pack and ship daily (Monday-Friday). Your order will typically arrive within 2-4 working days after it has been placed.

If you make an order containing an item marked "Pre-order", your entire order will be shipped together.
