If a product is planned to come back, it's often stated on the product page.

Don't worry! We also had a bit of trouble getting the LED lights to work the first time – so we understand that it can be confusing.
🔋 Here's how to insert the batteries correctly:
1️⃣ The innermost battery should be placed with the plus (+) side facing up.
2️⃣ The second battery should be placed with the minus (-) side facing up.

We pack and send orders every weekday (and on weekends during busy periods).
Usually, your parcel will be sent the same day or the day after ordering.
Delivery takes 1-3 days, depending on where you live.
* During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), it may take a bit longer.

Payment & Refunds

We recommend that you pay the entire invoice to Klarna. When we receive the return, we'll refund you the amount minus £5.95 in return fees.
You can do this with Klarna, in the app, or by logging in to their website: https://login.klarna.com/
The invoice will be sent via Klarna when the item has been shipped from our warehouse. All invoice enquiries must be directed to Klarna. You can do this in their app or by logging in to their website: https://login.klarna.com/
The processing time for returns and exchanges can be up to 14 days.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the return has been processed.
You'll receive an email when the return has been processed.
If you're paying with Klarna, we recommend paying the entire invoice, and we'll refund you as soon as we've processed your return.
You can either postpone your Klarna invoice via the Klarna app or contact Klarna's customer service directly.
If it's related to an exchange or return, we recommend paying the entire invoice to avoid reminder fees. We'll refund the amount when the return has been received by us.
With us, you can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Paypal & Klarna.

Have you entered the wrong address or email address? No problem!
You have 60 minutes after placing your order to change your address.

After logging in, you can easily change your address and email address yourself.
After 60 minutes, the order is sent to the warehouse for packing, and unfortunately, we can't make changes unless your order is a pre-order.

For a complete overview of your orders and to download receipts:

After logging in, you'll find a special button to download/print receipts.
ℹ️ If you paid with Klarna, you'll find your invoice in the Klarna app or at login.klarna.com.
Unfortunately, we don't offer collection from our warehouse.
When you place an order with us, you should automatically receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided.
If you can't find the order confirmation, please check the "Promotions" or "Junk" folder – sometimes it ends up there.

Discount codes usually have expiry dates. Check the following:
✅ Is the discount code still valid?
✅ Have you spelled the code correctly?
✅ Can the code be combined with other discounts? (Most cannot.)

For special offers, such as 2 for 1, 3 for 2, 25% off purchases over £50, etc., discount codes cannot be used!*

To use a discount code:
1️⃣ Add the item you want to purchase to your basket.
2️⃣ Go to checkout.
3️⃣ On the right side, you'll find a field for the discount code – enter the code and click "Apply". On mobile, it will be at the top of the page, under "Order Summary".
If the discount code is valid, you'll see the discount automatically applied at checkout.

If you don't collect the parcel, refuse to receive it, or it can't be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us.
We will then deduct a fee of £20 from the refund.
